1. Rub in baking soda
Surprisingly, baking soda can be good, not only in the kitchen, but in front of a mirror. Make a paste of 3 parts baking soda and 1 part water. Rinse your face with regular soap and water, then gently rub the paste over your face.
Rinse with water as soon as your face is completely covered. It can also work as a facial cleanser for sensitive skin.
2. Sweet and salty make it beautiful
Mix salt, sugar, honey and coconut oil in a thick paste. This scrub can be used for both face and body. Use it once or twice a week to pamper your skin. This will prevent the clogging of pores and acne.
The fattier your skin, the more frequently the solids (salt and sugar) are used.
3. Get curious: marula oil
Marula oil comes from the marula tree which is a native tree in South Africa. The oil is full of fatty acids. So it is advisable to soothe dry and dehydrated skin.
It absorbs oil quickly and leaves your skin healthy, not oily or shiny.
4. Vitamin A.
Dermatologists recommend choosing night creams that contain vitamin A, or so-called retinol. But you can enrich the cream on your own with vitamin. Add two drops of rosehip or carrot oil to your night cream. This will help you avoid stretch marks, acne and wrinkles.
These oils are also useful against scars, especially when used on acne scars. But be careful with oils if you are pregnant and do not use vitamin A products during the day. It can affect the protection of natural skin from sunlight.
5. Tea tree oil is not for tea
Several studies claim that tea tree oil is very good at fighting skin bacteria. It helps reduce inflammation, reduce acne and calm inflammation. Choose an anti-acne gel with oil to treat your skin, and soon your redness will disappear and your skin will look healthier.
6. Take a bath
Try replacing your usual dry bath mix with the following. It will soften your skin. Mix 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup of powdered milk, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of herbs of your choice, such as chamomile. Then the mixture is ground into a food processor.
Add 10-15 drops of essential oils of your choice, two tablespoons of honey and two teaspoons of body oil. Get a bath bag and fill it with the mixture. Let it soak in warm, shallow water for a few minutes, then add water to a comfortable temperature and enjoy.
7. Try to reduce sugar.
Researchers have shown that sugar use can provoke wrinkles, fine lines and dull skin. Try to reduce processed sugar (such as sweets and white bread). Instead, try fruits and berries. This will satisfy your craving for sugar and provide your skin with healthy antioxidants.
Absolute skin care
Dermatologists have revealed a number of simple daily tricks that will make your skin’s health and beauty appear.
Wash your skin daily. Rinse it once or twice a day. Use cleaning products that are appropriate for your age and skin type and should never sleep with make-up.
Moisturize your skin. This will make your skin glow and remember that even an oily skin will need a light moisturizer. Use this product immediately after showering.
Use sunscreen daily. Even on cloudy days, your skin is exposed to UV rays.
Apply eye cream at night. Choose one that contains vitamins A, C, E and K. This will help you avoid wrinkles and dark circles.
Try to fall asleep on the side of the bed you don’t normally sleep on. It will change the edges during the night, and cosmetologists say that this technique will help you reduce the amount of wrinkles that develop.
