Nigerian actress, Rita Dominic has a word of advice for people regarding self-validation.The filmmaker while sharing a photo on her official Instagram page with over 7 million followers noted that the need to be validated by other people is a clear sign of insecurity.She went on to urge people to be themselves and disregard unsolicited opinions about them.

“The constant need to be validated by others is a sign of insecurity. Just do you, simple.”
